Check the shipping confirmation email we send once your order leaves the studio — the 13-digit number is included there.

Open track.ukrposhta.ua/en and paste your number into the tracking field on the homepage.

You’ll see full transit status — from departure in Ukraine through customs to final delivery.
KEEP IT BEAUTIFUL
Remove amber before showering, swimming or applying perfume — heat and chemicals can dull its natural shine.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Never submerge in water — this can weaken the cord.
Keep pieces in a soft pouch or box, away from direct sun, to preserve the amber's rich color over time.
Leather and suede cords benefit from an occasional light leather conditioner to stay supple for years of wear.
